Year 3 travel back in time
Year 3 went to the Verulamium museum in St Albans on Tuesday 27th February.
They dressed up like Romans and Celts and explored what it would be like to visit a Roman market.
After that, they looked at some real Roman artefacts and used there inferencing skills to decide what the objects might have been used for. Finally, the children explored the museum and went to look at an excavated mosaic and hypocaust.
The children had great fun and were a credit to the school demonstrating everything they have been learning in school.
