Year 5 get creative with clay
Year 5 spent the morning in the art room at Shiplake College, working with their Head of Art to produce some wonderful 'growth' themed clay tiles.
They made their own pot of slip and were given a square of clay on which to create a scene that they had designed and planned beforehand. They were taught the score, slip and stick technique and used this to compose some lovely, unique designs.
